Terms & Conditions

Welcome to TravelSukham. By accessing our website or booking any of our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Booking and Payment

  • For ticket bookings, 100 percent advance payment is required
  • For package bookings, 25 percent of the total package cost is due at the time of booking
  • The balance 75 percent must be cleared at least 20 days prior to the departure date
  • For bookings made on short notice, all payments must be cleared within 2 to 3 days
  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise
  • GST and other applicable taxes are extra unless explicitly mentioned

2. Confirmation Policy

  • A confirmation voucher will be made available via email within 48 to 72 hours of successful booking for visa purposes
  • Final vouchers will be issued 7 days prior to travel dates
  • In case the rooms or preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate hotel or schedule of the customer's preference will be arranged (surcharges may apply) and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made 15 or more days before the date of travel, 50 percent of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation is made between 7 to 15 days before the date of travel, 75 percent of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • If cancellation is made 0 to 7 days before the date of travel, 100 percent of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
  • In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.

4. Refund Policy

  • In case your package needs to be cancelled due to any natural calamity, weather conditions or similar event, we shall strive to give you the maximum possible refund subject to the agreement made with our trade partners and vendors
  • In case of testing positive for any health-related travel restriction, a reschedule will be provided at a later date (surcharges may apply per season). Please share the relevant reports for verification
  • In case of a travel ban for Indians to any country booked in the itinerary, a change in itinerary will be offered or, if possible, a reschedule will be provided on a later date (surcharges may apply per season)
  • Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval

5. Travel Documents and Visa

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of travel
  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or consulate. TravelSukham cannot guarantee visa approval and is not liable for any visa denial
  • Visa fees are non-refundable in case of visa rejection

6. Travel Insurance

While travel insurance is not mandatory unless specified, we strongly recommend that all travellers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation and lost baggage.

7. Liability

TravelSukham acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not liable for any losses, injuries, damages or delays caused by these third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the value of services purchased.

8. Conduct and Behaviour

Travellers are expected to follow local laws and customs at destinations. TravelSukham reserves the right to terminate services without refund in case of unlawful behaviour, harassment or actions that compromise safety.

9. Force Majeure

TravelSukham is not liable for failure to perform any obligation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, government actions, epidemics, or other force majeure events.

10. Photography and Marketing

Photos taken during group tours may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in writing before the trip begins.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
